Gas prices shot up to $3.15 a gallon this morning. I can't believe it is that high. Food prices around town are also going up. In the past few weeks, chicken has gone up to $2.99 per pound. This morning, my flavored coffee creamer went up to $3.19 a bottle. Market Basket brand shredded Mexican cheese went up 20 cents.
